Malcolm Bogges, 67, from Halesowen, who is dying from cancer caused through asbestos exposure, has launched a
personal injury claim against his former employers, for £200,000.
Mr Bogges suffers from malignant mesothelioma, which is a form of cancer affecting the lungs and abdomen.
According to the High Court Claim, his exposure to asbestos came as a result of working for Simon Dudley Ltd as an engineer between 1959 and 1977.

Following the largest known outbreak of occupational lung disease in the world, MG Rover has paid work injury compensation to a group of 79 former employees who brought personal injury claims for compensation.
